Highlights from Today...
We spent a large portion of the day outside today. Since today is the first day of Autumn, we went for a walk around the pond sketching and taking jot notes along the way.
As we walked, we noticed several signs of autumn such as a squirrel gathering nuts for the winter, leaves blowing off the trees, migrating birds, the cool breeze, etc. The fallen leaves were perfect for us to collect and try out some leaf rubbings back in the classroom. Tomorrow we will write a poem, using our notes from our walk to write over top of our leaf rubbings.
Reminders...
Today at 4:00 there will be a Google Meet with a quick video of our classroom and some of the work we have been up to. (Code is Grade4D)
